Eligible products: Microsoft 365 Personal and Microsoft 365 Family.

1.- Sign in to your Microsoft account at https://setup.office.com/redeem/confirm

2.- Enter the product key and click next.

3.- Review your product information and click next.

4.- Set up recurring billing or click "No thanks".

5.- Finally, click "Redeem" to successfully activate the License key.

Note*: It must match the product you purchased, if not, contact customer service immediately.

Installation Process

To download Microsoft 365 applications, follow these instructions.

1.- Go to and sign in at the following link https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps/

2.- Click "Install and More" and then "Install apps...".

3.- Select your language and version and click "Install".

4.- Run the installer.

5.- Finally, wait for the installation to complete.
